Spray a 9 x 5−inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients up to the milk. In a large bowl combine milk, oil, Sweet 'N Low, sugar and egg whites. Stir in dry ingredients and zucchini; blend well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Add celery, onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender. Remove turkey and vegetables with a slotted spoon and keep warm. Add broth to the pan; bring to a boil. Add pasta; cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat; stir in tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, garlic salt if desired and turkey mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serves 6. Nutritional Analysis: One (1−cup) serving (prepared with low−sodium broth and no−salt−added tomatoes and without garlic salt) equals: 208 calories, 128 sodium, 22 mg cholesterol, 30 gm carbohydrate, 15 gm protein, 3 gm fat.
